New Laws Signed by Governor
HB 2255
SB 1146
On April 20 the governor signed SB 1146 allowing anyone to sell park models in your park.
On May 3 the governor signed HB 2255 into law which provides a small monetary fee for parks who use prorata billing for utilities, but restricts your rights to not renew a lease without cause.
For the most part, very little interest was shown for these bills until the last minute, when it was too late to do much about it.
